Baltimore County Police are seeking the public's help in locating a critical missing woman from the Pikesville area.

Cynthia Pullen-Carrol, 74, is described as a Black female, standing 5'3," and weighing 120 pounds, police said on Twitter. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing.
